Cain Velasquez makes his movie debut

Before steping into the Octagon at UFC 200 on July 9, Cain Velasquez makes his big screen debut on April 29 when the movie Term Life opens in theaters. The movie, which features stars Vince Vaughn, Jon Favreau, Hailee Steinfeld, Bill Paxton, Terrence Howard and Jonathan Banks, has the former UFC champion playing the character "Marco."

This will be Cain's first participation in the film industry, joining other UFC fighters Ronda Rousey and Anderson Silva. It won't be the Mexican-born fighter's only appearance, however, as later this year he will also appear in the film Kickboxer: Vengeance, starring Gina Carano and Jean-Claude Van Damme, and will also feature fighters Fabricio Werdum, the UFC's heavyweight champion, Georges St-Pierre, and Tyron Woodley. Next year, Cain will also appear in the film The Green Ghost, appearing alongside Danny Trejo, Marko Zaror and Kuno Becker.

Here's a taste of Term Life.
