TRAINING: Wake up with a two mile warm-up jog. Drill, work on ground game. Go home, rest, then spar at night.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I was interested in martial arts at a young age. I started training martial arts when I was 8 years old. After a few years I was turned on to boxing. When I turned 19 I started training in all aspects of the sport.
What ranks and titles have you held? Four-time Grapplers Quest champion
Do you have any heroes? It would have to be my mom
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means the world to me. The UFC is the reason I started fighting. It’s a dream come true.
