Allenamento: Alla mattina colpitori e un po' di corsa quindi pesi. Poi vado a casa, mangio e mi riposo e quindi torno in palestra e faccio un po' di jiu-jitse e lavoro sulle tecniche e le strategie che mi servono per l'incontro.
Quando e perchè hai iniziato ad allenarti per combattere? 1998...mi sembrava divertente.
Che titoli e riconoscimenti hai ottenuto? WEC 170-pound champ, Viking fight 185-pound champ
Hai qualche eroe? Tutti i soldati impegnati oltreoceano.
Cosa significa per te combattere nell'UFC? E' tutto per me. E' l'organizzazione top quindi significa che sono al top e voglio restarci.
