TRAINING: I'm training very hard for this fight. I'm in very good shape, my trainers and my sparring partners are pushing me to my limits and I'm very confident for this bout.
When and why did you start training to become a fighter? In 1996, because I wanted to compete in martial arts.
What ranks and titles have you held? I was ranked as #1 in the Brazilian MMA rankings when I went to TUF

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is a dream coming true.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No.
What was your job before you started fighting? I was a motoboy (deliveryman).
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? I won many Jiu Jitsu tournaments
