Training: In the morning, MMA for two hours, usually from 10am until 12pm. Break of three hours between the morning and afternoon sessions for a meal and rest. From 4pm to 6pm Muay Thai (Tues and Thurs) and Jiu-Jitsu (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Around 9pm, Physical Training, usually for one hour.
What ranks and titles have you held? Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Jiu-jitsu: Brazilian champion, Pan American, Brazil Cup, 13-time champion of the Northeast, 15 times champion of Ceará.
