UFC 47: It's On (4/2/04) Andrei Arlovski defeated Cabbage by TKO (Strikes) at 1:15 of the second round.

UFC 45: Revolution (11/21/2003) Cabbage defeated Tank Abbott when the fight was stopped at 2:14 of the first round when Abbott complained of not being able to see when the doctor was checking a cut.
"I was disappointed. It's not the way I wanted it to end. I wanted to KO him."

UFC 42: Sudden Impact (4/25/2003), Cabbage knocked out Sean Alvarez in round two.

UFC 39: The Warriors Return (9/27/02) Cabbage lost a tough fight to Tim Sylvia. The crowd was on their feet screaming for the entire fight while the two heavyweights slugged it out back and forth.

When and why did you start fighting?
"I started training and fighting in Hilo, Hawaii. I won all my fights easily against local competition. It was only when I started fighting in Super Brawl that I really took the game seriously. BJ and all my training partners have really sacrificed themselves to make me a better fighter. I am in debt to them all."

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC?
"Not only am I fighting for myself, but for all my fellow Hawaiian fighters and fans. We do not always get the respect we deserve. I am carrying the weight of all Hawaiian fighters and fans on my shoulders when I step into the Octagon. And I will fight till my last breath to not let them down."

Do you have any heroes?
"Both Egan Inoue and BJ Penn are heroes to me."

What is your biggest weapon in a fight?
"My heart."

What is your favorite technique?
"No one technique. I just really enjoy inflicting damage."
