When and why did you start training for fighting? 18 years old. I got hold of a UFC 2 video and found my purpose.

What ranks and titles have you held? Cage Rage British and World Champion, FX-3 World champion, King of the Ring, European and World Muay Thai Champion.

What does it mean for you to fight in Strikeforce? It means I get to compete against some of the best fighters in the world.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, I did a diploma in Public services.

What was your job before you started fighting? I've had many. I was in the British Army, I've worked in Marketing, Security and had/have my own businesses.

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Cage Rage British and World Champion, FX-3 World champion, King of the ring, European and World Muay Thai Champion.
