TRAINING: I train nothing special; I run, hit weights, BJJ roll, kickboxing and wrestling. Boring, huh?

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started Judo when I was ten. All tough kids do Judo because they want to get tougher.

What ranks and titles have you held? BJJ and Judo black belt. Ranked 7th in the world in Shooto.

Do you have any heroes? My parents are my heroes and inspiration.

What is your favorite technique? Punching

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? My dream has come true. I won’t waste this monster chance and I will become a champion.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I went to Kanoya University and majored in physical science.

What was your job before you started fighting? Military officer
