Biografia

TRAINING: I start my day with strength and conditioning at 8am. Then I get some boxing pad/bag work in or technique and drills in. either at 11am or 12pm. After my second training session, I usually go get some cryotherapy done like three hours before my last training session of the day, which is at 6pm to 7:30/8pm and is usually either MMA, wrestling, boxing/kickboxing and jiu-jitsu with gi or no-gi. And depending on how sore I am, I usually hit the cryotherapy again after my last training session. I do this routine from Monday to Friday. On Saturday sometimes I’ll get in a small morning run and then I go to the chiropractor or get a massage followed by some cryotherapy. And on Sunday I just get in a session of fascial stretch therapy and rest throughout the day.

When and why did you start training to become a fighter?
I started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense in 2005. Soon after I began training kickboxing and got into MMA.
