.When and why did you start training for fighting? I started about 1996. I saw it on TV and thought it would be fun. Somebody pointed me in the direction of Monte Cox and I started fighting in his shows.
What ranks and titles have you held? TKO middleweight and light heavyweight champ; KOTC light heavyweight champ; IMA light heavyweight champion. I’ve held at least 15 titles in smaller shows.
Do you have any heroes? My teammates.
What is your favorite technique? Anything that ends the fight.
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? I think being back in the UFC will give me a lot of recognition that I think I have deserved for some time. It's a chance to prove I'm one of the best in the world.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No college.
What was your job before you started fighting? Construction.
