Jason GilliamDESCRIBE A TYPICAL DAY OF TRAINING: Wake up 8am, warm up, do cardio, weightlifting, swimming, warm down, stretch. Afternoon technique work. 7pm sparring, rolling, conditioning, and more technique work. When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training at three to four years old when my step-dad moved in. since then, I have derived technique from judo, jiu-jitsu, karate, wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing, and Bruce Lee movies.
