Allenamento: Dipende dal giorno. Facciamo tecnica e condizionamento al lunedì, mercoledì e venerdì, lottiamo e facciamo sparring il martedì, giovedì e sabato. Domenica riposo.
Quando e perché hai iniziato ad allenarti per combattere? Ho iniziato ad allenarmi nel BJJ nel 1999, facendo molte gare e mi sono immaginato che il passo successivo fossero le MMA.
