TRAINING: A typical day of training would be physical training in the morning and MMA sparring in the evening.

Thoughts on opponent, Stephen Thompson? I know Thompson is a world champion in kickboxing, and he likes to throw kicks a lot. I'm really looking forward to this fight to show what I bring to the division.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in 2003 and got inspired by watching the UFC.

What ranks and titles have you held? The Zone welterweight champion

Do you have any heroes? Growing up I liked Vitor Belfort and Wanderlei Silva.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is every MMA fighter’s dream and I am honored to be on the UFC Sweden fight card!
